Walking
There are walks in the area whether forest walks, beach walks, lowland or upland walks in the high Mournes. Kilkeel has a heritage town trail which is a walking tour of the main points of interest and historical sites. Heritage Trail maps along with Ordnance Survey Maps, Walking Route Cards and free local activity brochures which detail a number of walks in the area can be obtained from Kilkeel Tourist Information Centre, Tel 028 4176 2525
